Hailing from Geelong, Australia, Michael Raher moved to the United States in 1995 and became a U.S. citizen in 2017. Transitioning from a background in marketing and branding, Michael discovered his true calling in community publishing, recognizing the profound strength of communities and the pivotal role of quality media in highlighting their finest attributes. As the President of the Publishing Division at Real Talk Media, he oversees community-focused publications and digital media, ensuring they shine as vibrant showcases of community life. Outside work, he enjoys family time with his wife and sons, as well as hobbies like snow skiing, surfing, drumming, and barbecuing with friends.
